People with these skills who others admire can admit their anger to themselves and are able to make a decision in full awareness to use the strong feeling they are having to get something done that needs to be done. Then these people don't chicken out. They push forward to do the constructive thing even if it's a long haul and they get little or no support. The Right Motive! Ask yourself: why do I want to do this? If it's "to hurt and get even" it is not constructive--it's destructive! It's extremely hard sometimes, but to manage anger well, you need to level with yourself and choose to use your anger to fuel actions that will benefit you and others, and not make anyone suffer.
